This domain is key to put a solid foundation in place to successfully implement a BPM capability in an organisation. It includes key activities as below to manage the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.

Process Operations Management

We help define best practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within the BPM CoE. It involves resource optimization, KPIs and SLA’s across process teams.

Process Library Management

We support the definition of process library (repository) administration and engagement model to help maintain a controlled modelling and publication environment.

Process Performance Management

We help understand how well the process organisation and processes are performing. This includes activities such as process performance and/or readiness assessments, process value analysis, value chain analysis, benchmarks, practice dashboards, etc.

Process Portfolio Intelligence

We give in-depth business insights of the organisation’s processes on portfolio level to support informed decision-making. This includes designing dashboards, scorecards and specific portfolio reports, analysing, and evaluating the performance results on (process) portfolio level.

Process Knowledge

We help create, share, reuse and manage the accumulated BPM knowledge to promote organisation-wide ‘process thinking’. We also help connect policy, standards, process and procedures to ensure coordination of all organizational information.

Process Education and Learning

We support development of new and existing BPM skills & competencies, demonstrate BPM knowledge experience, and help acquire BPM certifications through education. Examples are process tool training, improvement and delivery methodology training, Enterprise BPM training, BPM train-the-trainer, process boot-camp, etc.

Process Maturity Management

We help process practitioners to assess and understand the strength and maturity of the company’s current BPM capabilities e.g. through a BPM maturity assessment.

Process Audit and Compliance

We assess and verify that processes are performed within established internal limits and regulatory guidelines (e.g. AML, GDPR, KYC, etc.). We evaluates processes against predetermined instructions or standards to measure conformance to these standards and the effectiveness of the instructions.
